From what I found in my research, your 2005 Ford Crown Vic will have 4 catalytic converters, two per side. 2 up front just downstream from the exhaust manifolds (which are kind of hard to see) and the 2 more exposed ones at the rear.

For the 2011 Ford Crown Victoria, it is going to take the same wiring harnesses that fit the 2010 Crown Vic or the 2011 Mercury Grand Marquis. You can use trailer wiring harness # C59236 or # 46255.

There's no reason to guess at the rise you need to keep your trailer level. Instead you can take a couple of measurements.
Park both the 2008 Ford Crown Victoria and the trailer on level ground, uncoupled. Then measure from the top of the inside of the trailer hitch's receiver tube to the ground. When we installed the Curt hitch you purchased, part # 13707 on a 2007 Police Interceptor it measured 13-1/4 inches. But you should measure yours in case it's different.

Your 2006 Ford Crown Victoria can be fitted with a 7-Way trailer wiring harness but you will first need to install a 4 pin trailer connector/converter # C59496, because the vehicle has separate turn signals and brake lights. Trailers use combined turn signals and brake lights.
